• Plan important project development and implementation in advance.
• Perfuming in all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards.
• Determination and estimation of various issues in the project such as needed materials, equipment.
• Making sure that health and safety specifications are followed.
• Anticipation of any potential modification in the project.
• Practicing excellent communication between all parties involved in the construction such as client and subcontractors.
• Manage the budget for the completion of construction activities.
• To manage equipment, materials, and other services required for smooth flow of the project.
• Submit bills based on terms of contract documents.
• Review, modify, and update the project programmed dependent on latest changes and feedback.
• Monitor project in terms of time schedule, safety, work quality, and other project-related details as specified in the project contract.

HUMAN RESOURCES PERSONNEL

We develop and implement policies relating to the working practices of the organization suitable for any kind of plans and projects. We help get training and develop advance technics for successful project and program career. We are instrumental in overseeing conditions of employment, contractual terms, pay negotiations and issues relating to equality and diversity.

• Devising and implementing policies to select development.
• Overseeing staff and workman welfare
• Working closely with other departments to implement policies and procedures.
• Promoting equality and diversity within the business, plans, projects.
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
• Handling staff and workman complaints, grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Working in an office and on the fields.

LAND AND PROPERTY VALUER

We help give professional advice to clients and businesses associates who’s buy, sell and rent land and property. With the right estimate market value of the land, buildings, and real estate to help them achieve their aims and maximize their profit from a sale or rental agreement.
